Fitness Express
All three fitness components in ONE class – aerobic conditioning, muscle strength and joint flexibility! This class is simple, fun and effective in reducing body fat and firming muscles. The Step bench is used for a low impact aerobic workout – weights and rubber resistants tone the muscles and strengthen the bones. A stability ball will enhance the flexibility work and challenge the body’s core muscles – improving balance posture and appearance.

Cardio Tone
Get those kids on the bus and come join us for a fun, calorie burning workout! Enjoy the motivation of a group exercise class without the hassle of joining a health club. We’ll begin each class with easy to follow cardio, then move on to various toning exercises using weights and bands. We’ll finish with abdominal work and a thorough stretching segment. You will need to bring a set of 8 lb. weights a mat or towel, a small playground ball, and a large stability ball. Please wear good aerobic shoes.

Yoga and Meditation
Have you ever wanted to learn to meditate? Would you like to deepen your meditation practice? Then here is the perfect class for you. This series will work on gently stretching and releasing areas of blockages which can affect our ability to sit quietly and calmly. We will then focus on deepening the awareness of the breath, which is not only useful for meditation, but also for the ability to sail through your day in a focused, calm and alert manner. Our meditation practice will cover several traditions so that you will be able to find one that is the most suitable for you. Bring a Yoga mat, blanket and pillow
